Please don't hesitate to contact us if you would like to organise pick up or delivery outside of the above days/hours. Please understand that it is not always possible, though we will be more than happy to check availability and do our very best to accommodate.


Processing Times

All of our gifts are made to order, ensuring that your gift isn't picked from a shelf but rather created specifically for your recipient with love and care. 

Once we receive your order we do a little happy dance and then we get right to work! 

Due to the custom nature of our gifts, processing times can vary. While many of our gifts can be processed in as little as 1-2 business days, bulk orders or gift boxes that include personalised items can take a little longer. 

We have included a disclaimer in the description of each gift to ensure you are aware of the approximate time-frames, though if you are still unsure or are in need of a gifting miracle please don't hesitate to get in touch! 

Please note that the processing times stated do not include delivery.


Delivery

We deliver Australia wide!

We endeavor to deliver all gifts ordered to the Central Coast personally and deliver Thursday - Saturday. We can deliver outside of these days and on public holidays for an additional surcharge, depending on availability. Be sure to let us know your preferred date for delivery and we will do our absolute best to accommodate. 

For deliveries outside of  the Central Coast, we use a range of reputable couriers. Please note that because of this, we cannot guarantee delivery on a particular day or delivery on weekends or public holidays.

Deliveries to metro areas are generally made within 1-3 business days, however vary greatly for rural areas. Please send us an email or a message with the delivery location and we will be happy to look into the couriers time-frames for you. 

** Please note that some areas may incur additional delivery charges. If you are unsure about the area you wish to send your gift to, please get in contact and we will confirm the cost. **


Q) What if the gift recipient isn't home?

A) If your recipient doesn't answer the door, Sunshine Gifting Co or one of our trusty couriers will leave the gift in a safe place for your recipient to find when they get home! If you are not comfortable with us doing this, please let us know at the time of order. If you advise us not to leave your gift please ensure that someone will be home to accept delivery within the time-frame provided, else unfortunately if the delivery is unsuccessful you will need to pay for an additional delivery. 

** It is important that you ensure your recipient will be home to accept delivery of dessert boxes, as these should not be left outside for too long. **


Q) Can I send gifts to multiple locations?

A) Of course! Please contact Laura at hello@sunshinegiftingco.com.au or via Facebook or Instagram and I will get that organised for you. 


Pick Up

We are located in Noraville, NSW. If you would like to collect your gift from us so that you can deliver it personally, you are more than welcome to do so! Pick ups are available Tuesday - Saturday. Simply enter the discount code 'ILLCOMETOYOU' at checkout and the delivery charge will be discounted! From there, we will be in contact with our address and the best times available for you to pick up your gift. 


Substitutions

If an item is unavailable, we will substitute with one of equal or greater value. Don't worry, we promise the gift will still look amazing!


Return Policy

We are perfectionists and will always ensure your gift is beautiful and something we are proud to deliver. All gift sales are final, however in the highly unlikely event that you do have any issues or concerns please don't hesitate to contact us. We love hearing from our customers! (But we're certain it won't be for this reason).


Purchase & Sale of Alcohol

All alcoholic products offered for sale by Sunshine Gifting Co are not available for persons under the age of 18 years. 

Sunshine Gifting Co supports the Responsible Sale of Alcohol. 

Alcohol quantities are limited to 1.5 litres per recipient. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that they do not exceed this limit, else the order may be cancelled. 

By proceeding with the order, the purchaser acknowledges that it is an offence to falsely represent that they are of legal age to purchase alcohol and to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person who is under 18 years. 

Upon delivery of gifts from Sunshine Gifting Co, the recipient may be required to provide a valid ID for proof of age and sign for the delivery.
